ok, the schools lunches are crap....Not enough to fill me up, and it really sets me back, for when I lift after school.
what should I pack, in my own sack lunch, everyday??
-
before bed cook chicken breasts and rice and put it in a tupper ware container....i used to just shovel that shit in during class....i ate it all cold. either that or tuna is good and easy too....there is also bars and mealreplacement shakes out there.

does your school have a microwave? You could do baked potatoes or sweet potatoes too.
Also, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Perfect food for gaining weight as it contains fast and slow carbs, fat, and protein.
-
yea, I'm not sure if students can use the microwave

when you get bigger you can steal some smaller kids lunches and eat theirs.
in the mean time, bring some of your own food, or at least a gainer and drink an hour or so before you hit the gym

Really man, what you eat isn't going to make the "biggest" difference. Unless you're pretty open and you don't give a shit if you pull out a cold potatoe and cooked chicken breast, I'd just eat whatever, a sandwich or something, and just try to get enough in to fuel you for your workouts. I dunno how old you are but you can always just eat clean after school..
I used to pack chicken breast and a cold 8 oz part of a cooked sweet potatoe. Trust me, I didn't get big from eating that shit once a day by myself in the cafeteria, just eat whatever, not worth doing what I did.

WTF are you talking about?

he means that a beginner can have whatever he wants really...as long as hes training. go to mcdonalds or KFC no problemo its not as a big a deal when you have no weight to begin with.
-
He will double his gains if he eats right. It just depends on how dedicated he wants to be. If I was in highschool and I knew back then what I know now, dude I would have a f**king george foreman in my backpack.

hahaha yeah eating clean is the way to go definatly. when i was younger I was eating too clean and not enough so that was my problem...plus the overtraining. the older guys would tell me to go eat some cheeseburgers and stuff.
