I used to think that big Mike O'Hearn was gonna be the next big Action Hero. Did he just dissapear or what. he used to be on a TV shows that was cancelled

he still trains in venice, all he does is powerlifting, and goes in the gym and has people video record him front squatting like 600 lbs and shit, hes a okay guy, its just he overdoes it with all his pretty antics, but all in all hes okay.

no that not titus, acutally mike looks kinda like titus in that pic huh, no but mike is strong, he did the seasons on battledome and it was cancelled, mike often likes to bench the 200 lb. dumbells, he can squat probably 800, can front squat over 650, and he deadlifts alot, he doenst train bbing style anymore, but all in all he loves to train and you know does his little routine. About 4 years ago he use to do a more bodybuilding style of workout, but now he just does like sqauts and deads, probably some cleans, but he doesnt even bodybuild anymore, I think he gets more of a kick having people videotape the lift he does, get a reaction from them, then go home and watch his self, I kinda think its probably like a football player watching a videotape of him crushing a quarterback. Funny cause everytime I see mike now, I think of TJ, I was up at mermaids this bar for girls in mexico, and they play like old kung fu movies, and I was trashed drunk and they were playing one that mike was in...................... .hope this is good enough for ya........oh yeah, he doesnt primp in the mirror as bad either as he use to, hes more of a lifter now. Hes older so I think his true vanity is fading, which is better for him and others.

i seriously doubt those lifts. 650 for front squats?? sure. ronnie dropped 585 after a couple bc it was too heavy and i've seen swen karlson (WSM) squat 5 plates, but some natura is going to do more??
lets see this tapes of him doing the lifts you say you seem him do.
at least, skip lacour put a tape out.

bro I saw mike ohearn front squat 12 plates for reps, 6 plates on each side, he even has it videotaped, okay its 575 he front squatted for reps

The man standing behind Mike is Karl List. Karl was a good power lifter and solid bodybuilder. His brother Arnie Lost as an excellent bodybuilder (top 5 at the USA I believe.)
That picture was taken in the mid- 1990 I'm guessing.
