Surely there is diminishing returns, something that never seems to get answered by any guru, if I eat 1500 calories a day, burn 4000 with cardio, 2500 a day deficit, that isn't going to be 5 pounds of fat lost per week and 2% body fat lost a week.Dont most gurus swear that losing more than 1% body fat a week is impossible?

not impossible but there would be a point where you will lose some muscle. WTF are you in such a hurry?

Caloric deficits are like the Demand Curve in Economics.
If Apple raises the prices of IPhones by 10%, we don't know the exact effect on demand, but it they do that every week, demand will eventually drop.

no shortcuts fuckface get some discipline and learn to eat clean all year round and always be in shape, I hate you fatfucks who want to lose weight for weddings etc then you go right back to your old fat self.

lol sorry bro. you enjoyed putting that 10% on, so your going to have to suffer to get it off. its the universes way of balancing itself :D if it was 'easy' everyone would look great.
its mental discipline and exercise, and the galeniko/ no one method for the most rapid fat loss.

The biggest problem of keeping lots of carbs in your diet is the INSANE amount of Cardio needed...
I've seen people coming to the YMCA three times a day to do 1 hour runs on the treadmill, Elliptical machine, hill climbs, etc...
OR....
You can work out with weights 5 times a week, 45min to 1 hour MAX and eat Bacon and Eggs (no toast, etc...)

Weight training 4 days per week.
1 Gallon of water / day
Relaxing walk / bike ride every evening.
You will lose weight very rapidly. Add in anabolics to preserve maximum muscle tissue, but not necessary.

Go to bed hungry: no meaningful fat or carbs during the five hours before you go to bed. I've had many dinners comprising tuna or salmon with and apple or an orange.
