FOX won 25% of the overall vote. WTF?
If you add up the liberal options there, it's 75% of the vote.
it's like saying the majority of americans love health food, they're the most liked food, because
25% chose fruits & veggies
20% chose McD
20% chose Burger King
20% chose Taco bell, and
15% chose Wendys.
Add up the crap food, and the crap is preferred 3-to-1, just like with the news here.

You know, I really was not going to point this out. I figured the irony of posting this in relation to Fox News was bad enough. But then again, seeing who posted it and their little target audience, it understandable why the irony went right over their heads.

If the poll had fox with more than the others combined, then Yes, I agree with repubs that FOX dominates the trust factor.
But it's the only conservative outlet - you'd think ALL the conservative viewers would UNITE for it. So we have a population that is about half-half (lib:conservative). Does this mean that HALF of the 50% that are repubs don't even trust FOX ? ??? Or does it mean even LESS than half of them trust FOX, but a few libs actually trust FOX?
This poll shows that 75% of the population doesn't jump at the chance to choose fox as the most trusted. Yes repubs gloat over the 25% they won. It's like your girlfriend being a whore and blowing ten dudes a week, but since she blew you twice, ya brag about being "The man!!!!" since you get more BJs than all those other dudes, individually. Even if she's burping outsider jizz bubbles while making you breakfast, you're bragging to your buddies about the awesome BJ you got.

IMO, that's because more older, retired, self-employed people are home watching cable news.
The groups that vote dem - young moms, are watching spongebob all day. Young parents, at work. College kids, in class. Frankly, it's only when one gets older and wiser that things like Cable News come into play.
More 20 year olds vote dem, and they watch more Mtv crap and less cable news.
More 60 year olds vote repub, and they watch more cable news and history channel.
The actual "poll" that matters is the election booth. The last SIX elections? Repubs have barely won two of them, contested with a single questionable state, and Dems have 4 pretty big margin wins. THAT is the poll that matters. This poll shows people, when given all of these, only choose FOX 1/4 of the time and split the choice between the lib networks 3/4 of the time.
to be fair, fox does "accidentally" run older, more populated campaign footage and change the letter to (D) now and then when a Repub fcks up lol.. they do some shady shit. Sure, lib networks do to, but early someone said FOX isn't like that, and they're all like that

Republicans control the House and are on the verge of taking the senate. Republicans control a majority of State legislatures and governorships. So far as the Presidency goes...Bush won in 2004 by a margin (popular vote) similar to what Obama won on his second term. This country isn't as blue as the mainstream media wants people to think.
So far as Fox news goes...they, like MSNBC and CNN both draw more than half their viewers from people 30 and older.

Fox news wins the key advertising demographic (25-54) and they're actually gaining viewers in that group year over year from 2013.

my point is that even half of the repubs DONT trust fox news first. Only 25% of the total population chose fox. Assuming half the people are repubs (as we are a nation divided about equally).
