Title: Weightloss.
Post by: BigRS on January 25, 2006, 01:59:38 PM
Hi.
Looking to loose some weight(FAT!). I'm 28 years and my weight is 120kg(264 pounds?) and i am 175cm(5.74 feet?) tall.
What would be the right steroids or drugs to take? I have tried several different things, but nothing seems to work....
I know that i have to diet and do cardio, but i'm having a real hard time loosing bodyfat.....  >:(
If someone have some ideas, i would be happy to try them.  :-[

Clean up your diet and up your cardio...........start with that.....

You also need to up the intensity in your lifting routine.

Drugs are not a shortcut......

When will you people ever learn?

maybe you need to try a CKD or TKD? Many people including myself can't lose fat unless in a ketogenic state..For me a ketogenic diet is like none other...

my cutting diet usually looks like this....Warning this isn't for pussies..

weight 187*12calories per pound=2244 daily intake

day 1-6  2244 cal                     day 7  25calories per pound 4700 calories
65%fat                                   70%carbs
34%protein                             15% fat
1%carbs                                  15%protein

if ur not losing weight, ur diet is not on point, and ur cardio should be done right, if u were, ull be losing weight. those 2 r the biggest factors on losing weight, not drugs bro. get ur diet down, research first, lose bf naturally (i know u can) and then think about drugs, they are NOT the answer to ur problems, trust me! if anything, they will cause more problems sown the road.

GHB,

What is your diet consisting of during this ketogenic diet.

I have a good idea, just wondered what specific foods you eat everyday.

Lot of grease and fats I'm sure.

Thanx,boys.
I'm doing both dieting and cardio! But i must be doing something wrong. I'm still fat ;D
I have been trying several different diets the last 5 years and none of them makes me ripped.... The last 5 years have been one long diet, and i'm getting tired of it....
Drugs was only meant as a kickstart.....
I've been doing some steroids before and i suppose thats what made me fat...
I just need some advise, cause i'm stuck......

At the very least you need to take in less calories than you burn.......it's really that simple.

You aren't being strict enough in your diet or working hard enough in the gym.

I wish to God it would be that simple, but not for me...
Trust me, i have done my hours in the gym, counted my calories and taken 1 hour walks before breakfast.
And i am not one of those people you see in the gym just sitting around watching the big guys....
I wounder if i might have a metabolism problem? I don't know, just trying to find something that will keep me going....
My spirit is at it's lowest right now from 5 years of working without result...
By the way...i took roids from i was 20-23 and then had to stop due to injury and my worksituation....
My weight was the same then as it is now, only i had less fat and more muscle....

Slow thyroid is a definite possibility....see your DOC and tell him about it!  Good luck bro!  Hang in there!

I think Michael might be right.

Could be a thyroid issue.......have it checked out.

There has to be a definitive answer as to why you can't shed fat.

Something must give.

He could put you on thyroid meds for the rest of your natural life.........if that's the problem.
