No he is not, this is ronnie at 300 pounds at the 2004 grand prix, big ramy bodyweight on stage is 286 pounds.

First off, who gives a shit about weight, means nothing. If Ron had a 28* waist and Ramy a 40" waist and they weighed same...
Secondly, no.
Ronnie was just hanging muscle, no oil (at least no discernible oil) and a freak. Had the strength to backup the muscles.

Ramy is 286 lbs with average conditioning. Ronnie was 300+ lbs ripped and shredded on contest day.

Coleman was always bullshittin wis his weights, the guy was nowhere close to 300 on stage.

Doesnt matter, Coleman started looming like absolute dogshig at those larger bodyweights anyway... just a mismatch of semi conditioned bodyparts. 98 would mop the floor woth Ramy.
That said, Ramy carries his mass far better than late career Ronnie IMO. Both had calve issues but ramys physique flows much better and has better balance at those extreme bodyweights.
People are ways jizzing over 2003-2004 ronnie because of his weight but they seem to gloss over the fact that his conditioning want to shit and his proportions were absolutely destroyed.
