Post by: the trainer on June 16, 2014, 06:15:06 AM
I have being cooking with sesame oil, garlic oil and peanut oil recently it gives a great flavor to chicken and beef it makes any plain meat taste great, I am planning on getting some more exotic oil to add to the collection.

You know you're living the dream (aka Bodybuilder lifestyle) when the only way of making your food less bland is exotic seasonings (gomasio instead of salt, peanut oil instead of olive, etc.....).

These exotic oils can also be used as lube so after you cook the chicken take your oil to the bedroom and pound the meat.

Try avocado oil, coconut oil, and ghee.  All have a high smoke point and are low in polyunsaturated fats.  Your garlic oil is likely another oil (olive) infused with garlic.

X2

Rancid oils of peace. Better to cook with bacon fat than some of these veggie oils.

If there was ever a bbing version of The Usual Suspects Bryan Dobson would limp out of the police station and eventually reveal himself as the biggest shmoe in bodybuilding.

i usually inject my competition briskets with a 70/30 blend of beef broth(70%) and garlic oil(30%)...sometimes garlic wine vinegar instead...depends on the temp outside..
