Title: I throw jabs and outstretched hooks as I approach the mirror, to psych myself up

in the morning from a long distance while also inching forward, I find this a good drill to add in you daily routine once in a while.

From one end of the living room to the other. It should always take under a minute really or your probably too slow.

I tried it and it works.

For a bigger challenge, scream while doing it.

Try running forward instead of inching forward.  Make sure you wear protection.
