Title: Would it be discourteous to partake in a 45-60 training session while "shopping"

@ Sports Authority or Dicks Sporting Goods. Sears even has some weights. So does Walmart.


I would do MMA at Sports Authority and my heavy free weight training at Dick's. Cardio on the treadmills at Sears.

Not discourteous at all. The store staff actually appreciates you doing that to help the other customers know how to use the equipment. You could probably get them to pay you to train there.

I always do a couple sets of dumbbell curls in Sports Authority or if Iam in Walmart.
