They look like those plastic Frankenstein hands you can buy at Halloween. Crazy! I do like Flex though, he has a great build, he's probably my favorite bodybuilder right now, seems like a cool dude.

As for the REAL O, well.... Heath no doubt. Kai second or third, Wolf second or third, and rest we don't really care about except Ramy who will be 4-8th.

Met him this weekend when he guest posed at our show. He is huge for his height. His stats as of yesterday 5'5 and 235. His calves and arms are crazy.
