121 reps in sets of 16, 15 and 14, and a last one I did like 13+4. I keep building up some joint fat (and cardio fat) I am stronger, heavier and all the workouts goes more smooth with higher energy levels.
Grains and oils is key for this.

You know you can't go on living like this. Try have some properly prepared grains, some finer oils, a vegetable or fruit here and there, and reduce your protein.
More protein than you need only reduces testosterone, fact.
