Title: ESFitness threw me down a flight of stairs [concrete]

He said that it was my "final warning".

The incident occurred last night. I refused to cooperate with the ambulance people or with the police that had been called to scene.

I had accidentally made eye contact with ESFitness in the food court at the mall. It won't happen again. I'm going to start limiting the amount of time that I spend in public places.

I had a friend drive me to the hospital. I told the doctor in the ER that I had been mountain climbing and that I had "slipped". I was looking down at the floor as I spoke. I couldn't bring myself to look the doctor in the eye.

I probably would've just choked you unconscious and removed your pants and let you wake up naked from the waist down in a public place to teach you a lesson.

A friend of mine bought a pack of guitar strings from ESFitness for $50!!! I think he's been stitched up
