been super hydrating myself after every meal latley definitly works. i purposley dont use air conditioning when working on a house, by not using A/C i develop a better diet strategy to obtain the highest preforming energy as possible in these situations
however at night when i go to bed i certainly cut on the A/C down to 74 , i rumble and tumble if its 75. but 74 gives me vivid dreams great sleep. i cannot sleep when im hot and sweating, im sure there is a way to sleep good with no a/c and quite possibly that will be discoverd by me in some time.
pasta after work felt perfect then quickly guzzled 64 ounces of lemonade , about 50 grams of sugar and about 100 grams of concentrated lemon juice in the water
but wait theres more, after doing a shitload of chores after work i made the mistake of eating rice chex cereal, it made me so lethargic and sleepy, that i questioned if i wouldve had more pasta that i potentially would have had the oppositie effect and been more powerful and awake

I think you were just tired from all the work for the day chex cereal with milk, the milk probably made you sleepy.
What brand of sauce are you using on the pasta I might make some today.

when i got home from work i ate the pasta and had tons of energy then drank tons of water down lemonade and waterd down grapejuice then was mowing and gardening for the next 3 hours , then i was slightly tired, then i knew i had to eat something, i feel the cereal was the wrong choice, it was with soy milk. it couldve been the rice chex cereal not being a good idea, maybe shouldve had beans

Whole wheat pasta is healthier than your processed pasta there is no way you can deny that.

I believe the jury's still out on whether or not eggs contain the heme-iron, not worth the risk.
