He should have let the guy talk and interrupted him way too much, but he made some great points.  How the heck can the Commissioner say there is no evidence of criminal misconduct if he doesn't know what the criminal statute says??

I cannot imagine in my worst nightmare apologizing to anyone from the IRS for anything. Especially if I was an elected official supposedly investigating obvious wrongdoing against US taxpayers.
