Title: How hardcore is the trainer
Post by: the trainer on June 24, 2014, 05:22:53 PM
I have being having injuries lately, strained my back a while back it healed then my shoulder became inflamed, now I pulled my back today doing heavy stiff legged deadlifts, most of you would have cried in pain and went home but not the trainer I just went over to the leg curl machine and finish my workout, now I am home and I am putting some heat on it,

Guess I have to work out like simple simon for a bit till it heals up but I refuse to use rubber bands that is going too far.

Hardcore? With all of those injuries sounds like you have no clue on how to train.

I trained through injuries when I was young and naive.

Now I train around them.

Until you rip a bicep completely off the bone during a hardcore deadlift workout you won't garner an ounce of respect from me.

When I was 19 I tore my sciatic nerve training for a PL contest; reason it happened is I was doing a triple and hurt myself after 1 rep and continued set to 3 reps cos THAT WAS HARDCORE. I was limping while training for the next 3 weeks til contest by which time I was in near agony and lifted WAY below my best on squat and DL. Yeah, hardcore.

Have done same sort of thing a few times leading to biceps, chest and other tears (none aesthetically damaging thankfully).

I was so stubborn that I trained through serious injuries, only leads to a regression in training and results.

What does "trainer" even denote...

Obviously not "athletic"
No one believes "personal"

It must be like the first, smallest buttplug... training your turd cutter to accept new adventures

talk is cheap as fuck, you get no recognition , no glory, no nothing, you remain insignificant without any proof of anything, sheer non-sense without videos pics or even a real identity.

So how hardcore?, you get a big fat zero  ;)

If you have not gotten an injury in the gym it means you are not going hardcore, I push myself to the extreme so sometimes my body will rebel against me.

Make no mistake brutha, I have the utmost respect for Coach's lifting and the weight he has moved. Anyone still moving big weight as they approach or pass 40 is okay in my book.

I had 315 on the bar but I think my back was fatigued because I did lunges and squats before.

But a smart bodybuilder knows its limits and works out of the injury zone.

At your bodyweight, you got injured with 315?

Not that I'm going to believe his claimed stats without proof, but you can injure yourself with anything.  Around 250 I fucked up my back warming up on deadlifts with a plate a side. My guess is I had already damaged it unnoticed some other time and that was the final straw

Its not a warm up I am already warm from squats and lunges before, I normally start at 315 then work my way up to 375 or 405 depending on how I feel that day.
