.

Absolute beast, also has a low #800's deadlift, and high #7's squat. At 6' 5" he's got room to grow too.

6'5" 395 lbs I believe.  Those Russians sure have some freakish genetics.  The only thing I don't understand is they almost all bench in that exact same super arch toe style.  I actually call it Russian style since they almost all do it.  Must be the way the coaches teach it over there.

Dang, Spoto is recovering from shoulder surgery if I read correctly and Kirill is right there ready to bust his world record..........this kid is a beast!

And he's in his early 20s!!

Still, pound for pound Spoto is the better bencher....IMHO.

Yes Spoto pound for pound is better.  Spoto also benches in a more conventional style, using a lot of leg drive.  However due to this guys massive size and the fact that he is so young, I can see him taking the all time raw bench press record in the future.

Agreed.  If this kid can stay healthy he'll surpass Spoto very soon.

Spoto was prepping for a 750lb bench, but with nagging shoulder injuries and now surgery we may not see him reach that.   I hope we do, but I don't think it'll happen.

Incredible. Nice clean lock out also. Many of the big "shirted" benches lack a decent lock out and are still passed.

What's with that back arch? I know it lessens the amount of travel the weight goes, I was expecting a bench technique like Spoto's.

Thousands of people are prepping for a 750 raw bench. Prepping doesn't mean shit until you do it.

I don't get your point...

This 719 is RAW...

And 661 is NOT 719

What is your point?

Precisely. Kazmaier did 661 because that's what he was capable of. If he could have done 719 he would have. But he couldn't. So he didn't. Strongest bencher ever is no longer an American, deal with it.

Yesterday in the gym, saw this guy benching the bar (45lbs) with no weights attached for 6 strict reps. :o
He then added 5lbs on each side so I asked him if he needed a spot. ;D

I see tons of them. Paris is a great city to have a laugh in almost any gym (about three serous gyms in the city). Only few guys "dare" to go above 100lbs. They'll tell you "seriously" that they'll get too big otherwise. They run around from one machine to the other. There's a good number of guys I see day in day out doing BP with about 80/90lbs and only partial reps. Guys about 6ft, 180lbs. It's quite a sight.
