Their is a limit to how much vitamin d your body produces from the sun, and since you are walking around naked your body is getting the full effect so anything more than 15 min is a waste of time.

Vitamin D is part of the process of making/releasing testosterone. But it is not the building block.
Zinc & Boron are also needed for the manufacture of testosterone, but they are not "building block" either.
If vitamin D was the primary building block of testosterone; then anabolic steroids would have to contain Vitamin D (which they do not).

This is Vitamin D (below). Note that this structure is not found in the testosterone molecule (my previous post).

When you come out of the sun the next step is the garden and have a salad with brocoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, califlower, celery with a dash of olive and coconut oil, wash it down with raw chocolate mixed with whole milk, dont be shocked if you have a little stiffy in your pants after this anabolic snack.
