WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court says public sector unions can't collect fees from home health care workers who object to being affiliated with a union. The justices on Monday said collecting the fees violates the First Amendment rights of workers who are not union members. The ruling is a financial blow to labor unions that have bolstered their ranks in Illinois and other states by signing up hundreds of thousands of home health care workers. The case was brought by a group of Illinois in-home care workers who said they didn't want to pay fees related to collective bargaining. They claimed the "fair share fees" violate their constitutional rights by compelling them to associate with the union. Lower courts had thrown out the lawsuit.

Brand new day.
Brand new week.
Same old closet queer with his gay projections.
Despite the fact that I have said in the past I don't give a shit about unions, he has to indulge us with his little projections. Why? Well....:
Projecting false assumptions onto other people you don't even know helps you with your BBC obsession? Is that it? Life is difficult enough being a midget and living in the ghetto. Rather than seeking meds for the mental instability you have given yourself with your self loathing, you instead attempt to feel better with projections.

Odd that some can't see the connection between the anti-union folks (of which I am one) and the pro-immigration folks (of which I am also one). The private sector unions used to be one of the main bulwarks against illegal immigration, because they obviously didn't want the cheap labor competition. Now that they're gone, there really is no serious opposition to illegal immigration. The big international business interests are getting exactly what they want, cheap labor and no unions. The NWO is upon us and some are still talking about Democrats v. Republicans. LOL!
Trumka and the afl cio are shillimg for amnesty remember?

just another example of activist judges ruling from the bench.

Bullshit..the case in question was nothing more than an extortion scam by the SEIU that was sanctioned by the state government. We had an identical set up in Michigan until the GOP took control and honesty was returned to the state house
