A few months ago my bench press started to get weak and after that I started to feel a strain in my shoulder so I went to do some acupuncture and after only 2 sessions my bench press is back up and shoulder is feeling better, you guys should give it a shot, but remember if you had the pain in your joints for years your results might not be as quick as mine since I only strain my shoulder recently.

The needs are long but if I am sure you have gotten an injection at the doctor or done roids, you might feel the needles when its going in but after that you dont feel it too much, they will then put electric cables on the needles and send electricity thru your body its uncomfortable but think about being pain free that should motivate you.

Did your strain cause any interruption in your training or did you just plow through the pain like a boss?

Pain never stops my workout the other day I strain my back doing stiff legged deadlifts and I still finish my leg workout, only the weak is afraid of pain.

I am doing some experimenting with under-hand grip bench press. I also have rotator cuf tendinitis/partial tear. It really takes the tension from the shoulder.
