What causes the absence of the arm vein like cutler, is it genetically not there or is something stopping it coming out? Arms just don't look as good without them

I have the exact same problem. Its definitely genetic. I've been sub-5% bodyfat and haven't seen that vein come out. Forearms have veins, upper arms have veins but that one vein that goes down the middle of the biceps is just missing.

a nice every day look, easy to maintain with just push up and pullups and without much "supplements"  :P
