Ever since i got a blender I been really happen throwing just about anything in it.
Here is what I usually mix in it:
3 scoops of Metabolic Whey by MRM (22g protein per serving)
1 Banana (aprox. 30g of carbs
2 table spoons of Olive Oil (aprox 14g of fat per serving)
1 gathorade (aprox 40g carbs)
Thats usually it! How 'bout you guys?

40g whey 16oz water or Gatorade...simple and efficient.

30 g whey, 1/4 c. egg beaters, 2 tbsp. honey (cutting) or 1/4 c. maple syrup (bulking).

46g of whey and somewhere between 12-16 ounces of water... i got the "Magic Bullet" blender... its great just need bigger cups ;D
