i forget all the time, i just do another 1 or 2 sets just to make sure i didnt cheat myself, believe it or not i really dont count sets, i do around 3 or 4 sets of 4 or 5 different excercises n after that my muscle is blown to peices n wasted

Yes just last week I got done with biceps and asked myself was that 79 or 81 sets oh well.

How do you forget how many sets you did? I dont think Ive ever done that.

I don't count sets, I go by how the muscle feels.

You never second guessed yourself after doing 8 sets of biceps if it was only 7? (for example)
