they are very hard to do. i saw some army guys doing them, so i gave them a try. the burpee is not bad, but going right into a pullup is tough. i have not done any pull ups in a long time.
i could only do sets of 4 reps starting off, for 4 sets. but you have to start somewhere 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Burpee can be really tough if you do a push up with a the rep and jump for height when you get up. I see a lot of people doing the exercise in the easiest way they can figure out how to do it.
