HEY BONES, YOU SHOULD ADVISE ANY IN ATTENDACE AT THIS EVENT TO BE VERY CAUTIOUS AND AWARE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED. LARGE SILVERBACK GORILLAS ARE KNOWN TO GET VERY AGGITATED WHEN CAMERA FLAHES GO OFF.

I just watch it tonight...not as good as the last 2 videos.It was shot 5 days after the 05 "O" at a gym down under...Ronnie gets asked questions in between sets...and boy Ronnie sure doesn't come off has being a rocket scientist in this...he keeps doing that stupid thing were he shakes he head back and forth. In one scene his is doing bent over rows and the dude asks him what part of the back he is working and Ronnie tell him lower back..the" Christmas tree" part of his back and that he will also be doing one arm db rows and that that also works his lower back...Ronnie's form is so bad when he is doing the bent rows but it doesn't really matter with him. Sometimes I don't think Ronnie know what exercise works what...he is one of those guys that touches a weight and grows...DVD is good for a few laughs.

Yeah i have found that watching BBing dvds is a lot better than the same episode of SportsCenter every night for 4+ hours.
I only have COleman's and Cutlers... any other pro DVDs out there on that level of quality?

Some of the Battle for the Olympia DVD's are good because they show just about all the competitors in the contest...Kevin Lerone's is good if you turn down the sound so you don't have to listen to his band ;D

I made it down to see Ronnie.
It was cool.
As stated had Kevin Levone, Bill Grant (from Pumping Iron), Martinez, and Rich Gaspari. Both Bill and Rich live in NJ.
The event was suppose to run from 12 - 4, but Ronnie agreed to stay and take care of everyone. I got there just after 2. It was 5:30 when I left, and he was still signing.
You didn't have to buy anything either to get a signature, or to get a picture taken. He took his time with everyone. Alti was with him there too.
Girl is T-H-I-C-K!! Those model and contest shots do her legs and booty no justice. She could hurt someone!
Big ups to 240 for the head up! :)

I forgot...Dorian's "Blood and Guts" is a really good one.
