Title: Blue stars - Discussion - are a mark of shame!
Post by: Method101 on July 11, 2014, 12:47:20 AM
In my opinion if you have oiled yourself up donned a thong and gone on a stage in front of gay men and "judges" in a quest to receive a plastic trophy then that is something you should be ashamed of and the blue stars are a constant reminder of that. All they show is that you have took part in a circus freak show with the likes of Goodrum, they are not a sign of knowledge or athletic achievement and therefore do not command any respect or admiration from me. Also on Getbig they seem to be given out on the condition that you are a sycophant to the perverted youknowwhos that run this industry at the higher levels.

What are you talking about? Blue Stars are a status symbol here. There is no higher honour. Therefore it is not shameful to beg for them.

You won't need to beg - you're guaranteed to be the first recipient of the new "blue gears" award as recognition for your amazing contribution to the sport through your invention of a bicep-building machine pieced together from your old posing trunks, a ballpoint pen, a glob of Vaseline and a piece of waxed string.

I qualify for blue stars, but all the people with blue stars are the most uncool on this site.

I don't want to be associated with them.

I am certainly thinking of making some very special stars right now...

But give me some ideas for Method101 ...

Stars are too valuable...

Perhaps some Unhappy faces... or a Meltdown icon

With all the begging for blue stars, Basile should instead be awarded blue balls- after waiting all this time.

I'm not aware of Cleanest Natural's status but I think he and Adonis should get expert stars.  And even though I don't like the guy, no one should be considered for them as well...just my opinion.

And as far as Basile is concerned....he's lucky that Ron hasn't banned or placed him in timeout

I respect his diet and nutritional advice.  Its not for everyone.  In addition, he actually works as a personal trainer for a living

If sev got blue stars cause he was on the site for a long time I can understand that but it should not say competitor when he never completed that does not make sense. and as for expert posting pictures of some skinny guys and saying they are your clients and telling people to eat protein and no crabs does not make you an expert.

How about empty stars? People who competed a long time ago can still have Blue Stars but they will be empty. Solves the competitor issue. Goodrum can also get empty stars!

I already have solid blue stars but the criteria for them are more than just getting onstage, Basile.  Haven't you figured that out already???

Since were discussing stars can you explain why you and some other folks have 6 stars as opposed to the more common 5 stars?
