Man Charged with Sexual Assault of 14-Year-Old at Planet Fitness

A 35-year-old man was charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl at a Planet Fitness in Lancaster Township, PA, LancasterOnline.com reported.
Rainel Estrada Larios also is accused of texting the girl pornographic photographs, according to the newspaper. The girl told police the alleged incidents occurred in March and April in the hallway of the Planet Fitness. From LancasterOnline.com:
The girl confided to a friend that she had told Larios she was 14 years old and he responded that he was from Cuba and that in his country, age did not matter, the complaint states.
Police had responded to a disturbance at Planet Fitness on April 30. The girl's father confronted Larios at the gym before Larios drove away, according to the report. Planet Fitness staff helped identify Larios, who is in Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $400,000 bail, the newspaper reported.
Larios is charged with corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, three counts of indecent assault and attempted indecent assault, according to multiple media reports. Fox 43 in York, PA, is reporting the arrest was made July 1, and the preliminary hearing is Thursday.
