I enjoy working my right forearm and meat rocket at least twice daily.  It increases natural testosterone production, along with a good sense of well being.  Sometimes I got for the hat trick, but feel like it's never enough.  I would repeat this process daily with no breaks for the next 40 years.  You'll look awesome!
Croatch on...

chest and back

Though thats not the reason I alternate those two in my full-body workouts.

This one of the common programs. Others will say for example, training Back with Biceps doesnt allow you to work your biceps to full potential  because by the time you get to them they are worn out by the back training. The good news is, you can do this split, then a couple months later change it up to mix back with tris, chest with biceps etc..then change again..I dont think anyone would recommend staying with the same system indefinatly unless of course you are the rare breed that can continue to gain muscle mass without changing a thing.

Better body parts to train together:

Back & chest
Delts & traps
Triceps & biceps
Legs, Ham's & calves

Monday;
back & chest (4 sets), delts & traps(3 sets), Triceps & biceps (2 sets) 18 total sets

Wednsday:
Legs, ham's & calves (4 sets)  12 total sets

Friday:
repeat monday

Next Monday:
Do Legs, hams, calves from last wednedays.

Wednsday:
the back & chest, delt & traps, Tricep&Biceps again, etc

Keep alternating each week.

All SS'ed for a 6-8 week cycle. SS's allow better recovery abilitiles between muscle groups which in turn encourage muscle growth. These are not light, high rep SS's but heavy 7-9 reps. These are"get to the point" workouts. Good Luck.

*Now I give this site back to the homo erotic element that were posting before.

i  found that training oppsite muscles really work for me. i train chest with bis, legs , back/traps and then shoulders/tris. when i start bbing i did the chest/tris back/bis thing. which is very popular. but i find that when you do a chest/tris back/bis. the arms seem to get over trained.

remember, that theres no  right combos. i've read splits of ppl doing hams with chest or  bis/quads. so its really up to you. switch around to hit everything with the same intensity. like doing bis/chest instead of chest/bis

Chest / Bi's = sunday

Shoulders / Tri's = Tues

Back / abs/forearms/calves = thurs

legs / quads/hams = sat

Thats my layout, I change routines every yr.
