Strange that this was going on while I was in middle school and I have no real memory of it. It seems even though it did have a presence in the press, it still didn't get too much. Crazy they're just now assigning blame. Also, any of yall think it was weird seeing "white" muslims?  Not that there aren't any, just not your usual.

I don't find the concept of White Muslims strange at all, ...but then again, I'm from Canada, where multiculturalism is the norm. We saw a large influx of white Muslims from the former Yugoslavia during the late 80's & early 90's. Then too, there are the many converts to Islam as well.
