Frank Cannon by a mile, he'd hit him with a combo judo chop and belly push, and that would be all she wrote. And if that pretty boy tried to run off while Frank was fat man jogging to the Lincoln to hit up the car phone? He'd just whip out the snubby and fire off a perfect 500 yard leg shot, and then drop a smooth line like "Running?... When I get through with you, the only running you're gonna be doing is in a prison exercise yard."

Later you'd catch him discussing the merits of the case with Alex Rocco, while he kills a cheese cake and puts the moves on a fine young thing.
