Title: Vicious Physique!! Attainable??

I was just wondering...would this be attainable in a far future? Would anybody here, if it were possible, like to walk around with this freakiness? Just an utopic inquiry!  ;D

nobody could survive at that bodyfat level..That's like 0% bodyfat as well as being dry as hell at the same time.
