I know a Ghanian guy who could walk onstage tomorrow and has never lifted a thing in his life. Eats nothing but shit and plays soccer.

Looks like a bunch of flywheels from an engine of some sort.  Notice the collars......rags!! Lol.  Awesome.

Ghanian's (sp?) have excellent genetics. I can imagine the typical Ghana male could make great pregress with limited equipment.
