its not a tax.  you just have to pay more income tax because of it.  wait what?

just like reducing credits against tax or phase out amounts for credits technically isn't increasing taxes...........but they just cause you to have to pay more income taxes.

this isn't just a democrat thing either.  the republican presidents have done the same shit.
