I don't think CT can train legs that hard anymore---squats, etc due to the stints and health issues. Squats raise blood pressure dramatically. And that might play into heavy benching as well. Really, I think CT is about motivation---motivating himself and others. What you are seeing is showmanship and really probably a need to to motivate himself. When you have a ton of health issues dealing with your heart, and you like the iron game (because it is in your blood), arms and his obsession with arms is about damn near what you do.
His yelling is what it is, and that is his "thing", so he is not going to stop when Kai is in there, or even if Ronnie or Phil was on there.

1. there is no such thing as over training
2. Mike Rasheed spending 2 hrs to complete a 100 rep or 200 set rep of bench
At the end of the day these guys coming out with these "new" techniques

It's hard for me to say Kai looks like a freak because of Ronnie Coleman.
Meeting both I was astounded by Ronnie's density and condition the man was a steel block-Kai more "bloofy and soft" not nearly even close to King Coleman.
I know these pics are about 10-12 years old but I remember the times of the olympia when Ronnie walked out it was a fight for second place. Unfortunately, we don't have that anymore. Not taking anything from Kai, but Ronnie's dedication is why continued to improve year after year (until Father Time caught up with his body) and why he was so dominant- well remember Ronnie for a long time, Kai might just be remember for a citrus meme.

I lift hard, and I eat good for a poor individual. I'm all about compound movements.
If I had enough money I would try to eat 1kg of red meat every day for protein source, ofcourse I would eat the greens with it. Add desserts and junk there too and I would be set.
Today I've eaten 800g of ground beef with two whole onions, 3 tomatoes and a half bowl of laetus, bowl of oatmeal mixed with honey, 5 bananas... and soon I'm going to eat an omlet made from 10 eggs and 3 bananas and eat it with 0.2 US gallons of ice cream...
But still, my progress is slow. It's yearly progress if I keep this with intense training. So a little cycle would give me monthly progress if I'm lucky.

but in my defense I trained most of my years like shit and had no idea about nutrition, and I also thought calories/fats/carbs make me fat. I've wasted my best years because I had an ectomorph demon in my head hunting me :D

im not seeing it..im seeing a cardio routine with enough weight to enable loads of reps..no real "hard training" going on.
lots of shouting, lots of movement, but im not seeing eyeball busting, chest heaving, muscle tearing intensity.

You are more motivated than most. Many people are not that motivated. Hell, we have an obesity problem in the US. That female bodybuilder that is in some of CT's vids, she comments on how she changed her life. Others need that extra boost.

You've won the physique game. Unless you're going to compete in gaydybuilding, you're an idiot if you do a cycle, especially if you don't have the means like you said.
Concentrate on making money or trying to hit a softball for distance. If not distance, learn to shoot the lines and use your speed to get doubles.

I believe that the combination of the 'right' mindset and gym has a huge impact on someone's success. Most gyms suck in this sense, so it's great to have forums like these.
Let's say you're doing it right (eat, train, sleep, mindset) for at least 3 years, then why not start a simple cycle with low dosages?
