some haters think Phil keeps bringing it up because, if Kai looks better on show day, Phil hopes that old stuff will help him get the nod and the win.

The only problem is that Kai has owned it, admitted he's not proud of it, and explained he was poor, things got out of hand, etc. So it's kinda "piling on" to keep attacking him for it, a decade later. But I can't blame him - Kai brings an incredible physique and is certainly a threat to win the O.
