If you are riding a bike for 100 miles it sure would come in handy. To lift weights in a gym is just about as fucked up as it gets.

I do the gallon jug thing.
Only out of convenience though. I just dont like keeping non disposable water bottles. I really dont care much for environment, and small water bottles are for tits and romanians.

there's a kid wearing the altitude mask in my gym. his friend looks embarrassed to be standing with him when people stare. If mask wearer was 220 pound shithouse, okay, i get it. But he's like 160 soft, just another random gym dude.

We used to run around wearing this .. it was a punishment. I never found it fun going over an assault course wearing a Respirator. Must be crazy These guys.
