because he's leaning forward so much and flexing in a way that his scapulas are showing above the traps

His traps are normal. Those are his shoulder blades, not his traps.

This guy competed in the tournament of champions in Redondo beach in 2000.  Craig Titus and Kelly MC'd the show.  When they called this guy out to his routine for novice heavies, the crowd uniformly gasped when they announced his age of 20.  It was freakish, at the time.  It was a true "wtf" moment.  Mike mazzaratto guest posed as well.

Titus went crazy in the front row and even tore his shirt off and swung it around his head hooting for his "boy" during his routine to some blaring techno.  Oddly, when I asked him in 2003 at the olympia expo what ever came of Stuart Core, he had no idea who I was talking about.  He struggled and strained to remember and cursed himself for not being able to recall.  I also at that point noticed track marks along his cephalic veins in both arms.   He later hosted the olympia after party that night and seemed completely clairvoyant on the mic there.  Anyways..
