No sir. That was not his heaviest. He weighed 200 in that pic. His heaviest was 220-225 pounds and that was in the EARLY days.

comes down to who build you admire not want in the end,you have mentioned not liking his look before.its still in terms of ripped musculature impressive,i will say it about myself as well try some of his poses in your best shape and see how much bigger he appears or actually is in the end,everybody has there own structure and shape and look,and really you have to be in sick shape 'contest 'to see how the comparison is...he is impressive to me and he had good size for his frame.

I SEE YOUR POINT..its hard to tell complete story by pic anyway..he revamped his own look anyway from late60's to mid 70's he had less conditioned look he displayed 77-83 ,,

One of the most impressive physiques shots of all time. This eclipses anything done by the pork belly crowd of the last ten to twenty years. The only vacuum pose Coleman, Cutler, Heath, et al could do would be to don an Aunt Jemima outfit and pose with an Electro Lux.
