All I take supplement wise is Extend BCAAs, I figure if im a bit short on protein intake then it covers all bases and at around 40p a scoop its not expensive.

Xtend is a staple for me. Sometimes I pick up a tub of whey for convenience but other than that - nothing. I have taken pre workouts from time to time with some success but I couldn't be arsed spending money on that shit when a decent cup of coffee does the same thing.
-
I take ZMA cos I sleep great on it, zinc also helps my skin stay clearer from spots.
Milk thistle now and then for anti-oxidant effect
B6 to balance prolactin, I found it very effective when taking Tren.
Now and then I would take cod liver oil and glucosamine.
Whey protein rarely, but always have some at home, I don't rate it TBH I would rather gulp down a tup of cottage cheese or 4 egg omelette.
I always have dandelion root at home, when feeling watery and bloated I pop a few pills with asparagus for dinner and spend the whole night pissing (in toilet) and wake up feeling much lighter.
-
Cod liver oil, garlic oil & a zinc tablet once a day.
Protein shake twice a day with some creatine.
Not sure if it makes much, if any difference but I'm just used to taking them now.
-
None.
Been thinking of buying protein again, mainly as convienience as at the minute on work days I eat at 5 am then not again till 2 after after ive trained.

I take extend after you recommended it
it also tastes great like cremola foam which I used to love as a kid
I have a big bucket of whey protein
I add a couple of scoops to porridge oats for breakfast sometimes
I take a multivitamin and saw palemetto for my prostrate
that's it

whey, fish oil.
just started creatine again. i found a bottle of it in my cabinet.
-
at the moment;
a good multi vit/mineral
vitamin C
glutamine
whey
cyclic dextrin
-
Whey, creatine, muti, vit D, fish oil, zinc.
-
ZMA and vitamin D, both to help me sleep (long-term problems with insomnia).
Started with a vitamin B complex recently to see if it would do something for my stress levels (so far nothing).
Taking kelp for the iodine because my thyroid is fucked up but I don't want to start taking T3 just yet.
Protein I don't see as a supplement, really. More of a milk product. So I'll take that for a few weeks, and then switch back to yoghurt or something similar.
-
More than I like, but they all really help me...
- ZMA, for better sleep
- D3, I'm always a bit low on vit D, and it soothes aching rheumatic joints (just a little bit)
- L-tryptophan, for better mood and to alleviate PMS (this really seems to help!)
- iodine, because I don't eat bread or much salt, and I really need some extra iodine to prevent a painful pelvis and swollen ankles
Funny note: one of our cats is also on L-tryptophan and she changed from extremely grumpy to mostly happy.

Multi vit/min but have just been given some samples of good greens to try so may drop the multi.

Does viagra and cialis count in regards to this thread?

I take 1-2 protein shakes per day with a tablespoon of flaxseed oil. An organic iron pill because of my periods. I will pop 4 x B12's into me an hour before I do cardio and or weights. I also take vitamin C with my iron pill. I take zinc when I get a pimple, usually around my monthlys.

Never mind, not long to go and monthlies will be a thing of the past.

i could have another ten years. My grandmother had her last baby at 52 and my mum and her sisters all stopped around 55. One auntie said she thought she would never stop bleeding. She was about 56 or 57. I had recent blood work done and I have high estrogen so I will most likely follow my family's footsteps.

In terms of weightlifting supplements I dont particularly like them. Ordered some stiff from protein lifestyle (shite dont use them) back last year and struggling to use it up.
BCAA, L Glutamine and Whey.
I do take the folllowing everyday:
Iodine, Apple vinegar cider, Selenium, Lecithin, K2, Niacin, Zinc, Liv52, Boron, Milk Thistle, Chromium picolinate, Green tea extract, Hawthorn Berry and B6.
Reason is for my health, hairline and protection whilst on cycle.
