I prefer to train instinctively and shock the muscles into new growth.

Yes.

I usually mount my gopro to my elevation mask. Or my gallon jug of water.

The serious trainers are using Camelbaks these days.

I wish I had a go-pro in my glory days.  VCR cameras were about $1200 back then.

Very useful training tool imo

filming from the side might show if you break parallel but it won't give you a great lifting Selfie the way hooking the camera on the bar will.

You need to throw in a flag nor fail, legends of aesthetics, elitefts, etc etc, graphic printed shirt for motivation.

Also an assortment of hashtagged instagram sessions for maximum peer support

No camera can capture the intensity of my workouts. The lens fears me.
