quads i think is VERY RARE that women care sbout, maybe defined legs, or whether they should be hairy or shaved but not size.
calves i suspect is more important especially for a man in shorts.
arms i think women thinks its way more important that they are defined rather than big. i think it is very rare with women who cares about big arms, maybe 1 in 10 000 ? 1 in 100 000?

Having (relatively speaking) big quads, I only got compliments about it from women who were really fit. The few brazilian girls I banged loved it. For the vast majority, they just hated it.
