Title: Lee's Pre-Contest Diet and Training

Hey Lee, After watching the reality DVD, I love your approach to bodybuilding, and because of this,  I would love to know what your pre contest diet and training is?

The Pre-Contest Bible is a book that details the pre-contest routines of a bunch of the pros and Lee is in it. It talks about training, cardio, nutrition, supplements, posing, tanning...etc

So you could read that

BTW I was wondering if the info. in that book is legit? Lee? Anyone?

Hey Lee,  I don't understand........you respond to people mocking and making fun of you, but you won't respond to someone who truly is looking for some advice.  Go figure.

Some people just don't get it.

I posted a question for Lee a while back and so far no response. Be it he hasn't had the time or just plain doesn't want to reply makes no difference to me...either way I refuse to bitch and complain about it.

Be glad that he posts on here at all...it's a lot more then what most pro's do.
