The "before" pick looks as if it's from the 1997 Night of Champions, where he came in at 318 (rather smooth) pounds. Kovacs was working for MuscleTech at that time.

The "after" pic, I believe, is from the 2001 NOC. Size has never been a problem for Kovacs. Definition and proportion (or lack thereof) has been his downfall.

But to his credit, later on in Boyer's career he had at least developed a 4-pack as the 2nd photo illustrates.

Nasser's abs were not bad at all. Probably not the best, but definitely not bad.

It's not about having guts to step on stage! when you step on stage looking the way you did it certainly means nothing. Put up your new pics, I seriously doubt that you will look any better, prove me wrong Vince and I will be the first to apologise ;)

Getting up on stage looking like you did doesn't take guts. It takes a LACK of brains.
