Reminds me of that photo where you got the 4-5 black thugs with their pants around their knees standing on the side walk thuggin hard saying "We run this shit!!!"  In the background you see half a dozen Wall Street whiteys in suits cracking up and laughing at their stupid asses.

Not exactly how it was, but close enough. If I hadn't lost my old phone I actually had that photo saved. It's a split screen with Bush, Reagan etc al. In the other screen.
