No, not the Nosferatu type. It was closer to the first two. The jet black hair, thick eyebrows, ghastly skin complexion.

It's definitely Junaids / Toxic Avenger / Protein Farts. I remember the picture too, it had his kinda cute sister in it. He also went on vacation with the pale girl loving moderator, Division, before they had a falling out.
