Title: Pullups - Shoulders
Post by: Roger Bacon on August 05, 2014, 09:01:42 PM
I've heard both ways regarding pullups and extending the shoulders. That you should hang all the way and stretch your shoulders all the way out/away from your torso or whatever. Also heard that you should only come down so far that your shoulders stay tucked in (can't think of the right word).

What's the best way?

???

If you can do several pull ups you are a twink and need to put on some weight.

Extending my arms completely helped me on developig a rotator cuff tendonitis. That and streching hanging on the bar.

I'm not doubting or questioning you, but how did you pinpoint the tendonitits to this?
