Title: Fat burner & muscle builder for high blood pressure
Post by: kid strength on August 09, 2014, 06:45:39 PM
Hey all! Can anyone recommend a fat burner/muscle burner that won't mess with blood pressure? I'm 46, and my bodyfat is like around 25 now! (Got lazy as hell with the cardio!) I like prohormones, but I can't use them!  :-\

Nature's "negative-calorie" food. If you eat enough of it, you will become invisible.

As a moderator on this board, I shouldn't admit here that I am laughing at this post.

So I won't.

As a moderator, you should take things seriously when they are posted! Just my opinion.

"Broccoli" was a serious answer. If that's not good enough for you, then let's get more serious:

When asking for advice on a forum like this one, it helps if you tell us as many details about your current routine/habits as possible.

You already mentioned in your first post that you're "lazy as hell" with cardio. Since laziness does not discriminate, it is then safe to presume that you are also probably lazy with your diet and training. I'm willing to bet that part of your frustration stems from your hope of coming here to find some kind of magic pill to shame your laziness and take the place of hard work and discipline.

I noticed you're also inquiring in another thread about hormone therapy. As a member on this site, you have access to the board's search function and my post history, both of which will yield numerous discussions about the endocrine system, hormone manipulation, and other "serious" topics you appear to be seeking.

I sincerely hope that, with your dedication to fitness and the seniority of all ten of your posts here, the above will adequately quench your expectations of Getbig.com.

Regards,
The guy who was ASKED to moderate this forum

No, not really looking for the magic pill, but just simply asking for suggestions. Thanks anyway; I'll try another site not so sarcastic with it's way of treating posts!

No legit fat burner that actually BURNS FAT at an accelerated pace will not raise BP or cause side effects. The better it works, the more sided you will have.

I suggest a good old fashion diet & cardio program. Burns fat & actually lowers BP.

Excellent suggestion!!
Unfortunately, that wisdom is negated by his own self-professed laziness.

Hopefully, he will find "better" suggestions on "another" site that won't necessitate diet and cardio.

I don't think anyone show use a fat burner until they know how to lose as much weight as they want by diet/cardio.

Once you can do that, then you can use fat burners to make dieting easier/faster.

If you don't know how to go on a regular old fashioned diet, you'll just become a fat ass anyway after you discontinue the fat burners, so why bother.

Sometimes.
It is not often favored among delusional and/or unreasonable people.

He started lurking here a while back. I told him twice to keep his bullshit OFF of this board. Haven't had a problem since. He's welcomed to post constructive messages; just not his usual trolling.

We also forbid Jag & Vince from soliciting their sites/services. Usually, though, that crap comes from some new member whose only reason for signing up is to spam. They don't last long here.
