ive been saying for years - buy as much supplements as you can afford chances are they can be used as food and if not they might have some positive effect and if not then there is always the placebo so you cannot lose with supplements!!

Why is this retard saying that we don't need to put the chemicals that are in protein powders into our bodies@3:40, when he pumps his body full of oil/semen/sterons AND shitty protein powders on a daily basis ???

Is Rich marketing a protein powder? (I don't know I'm asking) when he was with "Mutant" he fed his protein powder to his dog on camera,seems to me he is one of the more honest people in the industry (no he is not perfect lol...but his "rant" about the IFBB/NPC fees and classes seemed pretty spot on to me) at least he is saying what we have all thought for years now......

He's trying to remain relevant in what is largely (by societal standards) an irrelevant pastime (bodybuilding). Kai does the same thing. So does Phil. And Coleman. And, well pretty much all of them.
They are irrelevant to the real world and should be in anyone's.

Its actually a perfect marketing strategy.
Since he is telling the truth about supplement companies, then he must be an honest guy. If he's an honesty guy, clearly his supplements are the reason why he looks like that. That is how people will see it. Its reverse psychology. They will stop by all the other supplement companies, and buy his supplements because he speaks the truth. And only a guy who speaks the blatant truth would make the best supplements out there and not lie to his customers.

Perfect contradiction to his recent video along with the Mutant vid I posted showing 4 1/2 scoops is the macho amount one should use to "get big". Remember he only used PMMA in one bi because of an injury. ::) Watch enough of his vids and he will contradict his contradictions.
Oh and do you think he will stop wearing a tank top if he reaches 50?

Guy is so full of $hit. I like how he claims that people don't get as big as him because they don't eat enough, and his blatant solution is "well, eat more". In the video you posted he's recommending 1200 calories 2-3 times a day from the weight gainer only.

Imagine how you would feel if you have previously followed Piana's advice of taking 4 scoops of Mutant Mass 3 times a day and are now being told to "throw your shakes in the garbage" by the same guy.
