finally went out and bought more weight for hte home gym...when rep'n 240 for 5 sets became just a normal thing...
well i wanted to max to see what i could do...
260 was no problem...got six clean ones out of it
270 was cake too...got another 5 last night with it
280....3 times...i was hoping to be able to push 260...but 280?!?! i'm still kinda freaking out. and the last rep was kinda difficult..
but now i'm outta weight...makes me wonder if i could do 300.
sorry had to share in my glory a littlie bit...yeah 280 might not be much...but looking back when 135 was a shitload...i'm pretty happy right now

nice job brother....thats a good lift on the bench 280 for 3...not bad at all!
