I did go to the RAF and start the recruitment process. Got to the point where I was being asked what newspapers I read, what stories I was following etc.
I left that interview there & then.

I am doing exactly what I wanted to do, go to the gym and lift weights then I follow behind some people and show them proper form on the machines and they pay me a lot of money for this when all the programs and videos are available for free on the internet

i wanted to b like arnold since i was 10yrs old, i thought all i had to do was lift weights n then joe weider would call me out to cali and id b set :D, then when i joined diamond gym when i was 15-16 yrs old i realized that i had no where near the potential to do that. id see guys walking around my age that where already teenage mr america n teenage mr new jersey that blew my doors off build wise :o, but i always wanted to work in the exercise feild,i loved it

This is a actually very odd question to put on getbig? what does this have to do with bodybuilding? are you trying to make some us depressed becauase we never got where we wanted to be? I was just like you! I wanted to be a professional 3rd basemen and also hit 3rd or clean-up. I was young when oakland was the shit. I remember my idols were Jose, mark, Rickey henderson, walt weiss, Dennis eckersley. Oakland was my team. I loved alot of players I remember when ken griffey Jr. came out and that upoper deck card was so bad-ass. I also liked the little guys like gary sheffield and I really liked big daryl strawberry! I remember how clutch daryl strawberry used to be. It seemed when the mets were in dire need of a hoerun daryl would always step up to the plate left handed and crack one out of the park.
I wish I would of made the big leagues but I woke up from that dream around 11 years old. very tough to go pro in baseball and especially basketball. for some reason I thought I had a shot at baseball. I was pretty realistic about basketball but baseball i thought I had a little chance.

I looked into it a while ago. There is lots of competition for places, most candidates have relevant degrees and the pay is poor. I'll stick to watching Animal Planet.
