Anyone try getting a pump before work sets?  Not exactly pre-exhaustion, but pumping up before the real work begins.  Would this help with fascial tightness?

Ex: curling a straight bar 20 or 30 times, recover, then hit heavier curls?

I do this often, I call it warming up.

I generally don't get a pump from my warm up sets.  But I hear ya
